Elevate Water-Based EPDM to Timber Bonding Adhesive is specifically formulated to safely and effectively bond EPDM rubber roofing membranes to timber substrates, including plywood and OSB decking. Designed for wet application, this water-based adhesive delivers a strong, reliable and professional-quality bond while offering a cleaner, safer alternative to solvent-based adhesives.
The low-odour, low-VOC formulation makes it ideal for domestic and commercial roofing projects where improved air quality and environmental responsibility are important. Easy to apply using a roller, the adhesive provides smooth, even coverage and consistent bonding performance when installing Elevate EPDM roofing membranes onto timber roof decks.
This adhesive is fully compatible with Elevate RubberCover EPDM membranes and accessories and is suitable for professional roofing installations requiring long-lasting adhesion and dependable waterproof performance. It offers excellent coverage rates and efficient handling times when applied to clean, dry and properly prepared timber surfaces.
How To Use: Bonding surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth and free from sharp edges, loose materials, oil, grease or other contaminants. Apply the adhesive evenly to the timber substrate using a roller and install the EPDM membrane immediately after application. Maintain temperatures above 0°C for at least 24 hours after application.
Technical Information:
For EPDM bonding to non-timber substrates such as metal, concrete or insulation boards, a solvent-based contact adhesive such as Elevate BA-2012 or BA-2012 S should be used instead.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
