The Fernco STORM-T ST375-450 is an innovative lateral pushfit saddle that quickly and easily connects any DN150 lateral pipe into any DN375 - DN450 plastic stormwater pipe. Fernco's most universal saddle yet, it requires no adhesives, sealant or concrete to securely fit into various different types of plastic pipe. It uses internal pushfit rubber for a universal connection and a depth setting mechanism which allows you to easily secure the saddle into the optimum position when it is installed. This allows the saddle to achieve maximum performance on multiple thicknesses of pipe. The Fernco Storm-T also includes a tapered seal to connect to the inside of the lateral pipe. Connecting internally ensures that any DN150 lateral pipe can be accommodated.

Lateral connections offer the same solution as pipe junctions, for example, lateral pipes from new build houses, commercial units etc, need to be connected into the system mains. Both saddles and junctions offer this connection but with clear differences in the installation methods, giving benefits on site such as positioning flexibility, reduced excavation and a quicker installation.

The Saddle Method: Excavate a small top section of the main pipeline, core a hole into the main pipeline and connect a lightweight saddle into the cored hole. Saddles will save you labour time and cost, significantly reduced excavation requirements and improved health and safety over a conventional junction.

Fernco Flexseal products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. These products have a high risk of contamination on site and could put Fernco employees at risk.

What you need to know

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery access

  • Fernco products are delivered via DPD courier service. 
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes, overhanging trees etc. that may cause restrictions.

Date and time of delivery

  • We will advise a delivery date to you by email, and your order will be delivered directly to you from Fernco.
  • Delivery will arrive between 8.30am–8pm if you cannot be there to accept the delivery, it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet or the delivery will fail

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • You must be present to accept the delivery.
  • Failed deliveries will be re-delivered within 2-3 working days. 
  • If you cannot be present it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet or the delivery will fail.

Damages & missing items

  • All damaged or missing items should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged or missing, wherever possible.
  • Contact Roof Giant within 48 hours with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help.
  • Any damages must be photographed as delivered and submitted along with your claim by email to sales@roofgiant.com.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g. if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If a product is available with next day delivery, this will be displayed on the product page or in the basket. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World? 

No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).

We recommend you take photos of the goods and packaging before returning, as this may be required for courier claims.

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order (or the final part of a split delivery).
  • You must notify us by phone or email first.
  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Returns After 14 Days

  • Returns may be accepted up to 30 days but may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds & Costs

  • We refund the product price plus standard delivery. Premium delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of returned goods being received (or proof of posting).
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless we arrange collection, in which case the direct cost will be charged.

Exclusions & Brand Policies

  • Some products and brands have specific return rules (e.g. VELUX, Castle Composites, Midland Lead).
  • Made-to-order items, bagged/powder/plaster products, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
