The Rubberseal Kisner KADS Flat Roof Vertical Drain With EPDM Flange is designed for vertical outlet installations in flat roofing systems, providing efficient and reliable roof drainage through a direct connection to vertical downpipes. It is available in three outlet sizes to suit common pipe diameters: 3” (62–75mm), 4” (90–110mm) and 6” (148–160mm).
Each drain is manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP) and features a precision-moulded body with an integrated rubber gasket, ensuring a tight, secure and leak-free connection to the existing drain pipe. The robust PP construction offers long-term resistance to UV exposure, frost, chemicals and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for demanding flat roof environments.
This EPDM version is supplied with a separate 18" EPDM membrane flange, which must be bonded to the drain during installation using an approved EPDM adhesive or primer. When correctly installed, this creates a continuous, watertight seal between the roofing membrane and the drain outlet, delivering long-lasting protection against water ingress.
The Rubberseal KADS drain is compatible with PVC, HDPE and cast-iron pipework and is designed to provide durable, watertight performance for flat roof drainage applications. Other membrane-specific versions are also available, including butylene fleece and bitumen membrane variants, to suit different roofing systems.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
