Elevate QuickSeam Universal EPDM Roof Pipe Flashing is a pre-fabricated EPDM pipe boot designed to provide a watertight, flexible and highly durable seal around rigid pipe penetrations in EPDM rubber roofing systems. It is suitable for integrating rigid inlet and outlet pipes ranging from 25mm to 175mm through the EPDM membrane.
Manufactured from standard-grade 1.14mm EPDM, the pipe flashing features a factory-laminated self-adhesive QuickSeam Tape flange, ensuring fast, secure and consistent adhesion when correctly installed. Each boot can be easily trimmed to the required pipe diameter before installation, allowing for a precise fit and a professional finish.
When used in conjunction with Elevate QuickPrime Plus, this QuickSeam Universal Pipe Flashing delivers excellent resistance to UV exposure, weathering, moisture, heat and cold, providing long-term performance and reliability. Installation is flame-free, environmentally-friendly and suitable for rainwater harvesting systems.
Ideal for small residential flat roofs such as extensions, verandas, dormers, porches, garages, carports, garden sheds, balconies, gutters and trailers, this universal pipe flashing is also suitable for other EPDM applications where rigid pipe penetrations require a secure, watertight seal.
Specifications:
Store between 15 - 25°C, protected from direct sunlight and heat. If stored in cold conditions, restore to room temperature before installation. Always ensure surfaces are properly primed with Elevate QuickPrime Plus before application.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
