Polycarbonate Multiwall Glazing Sheet from Corotherm can be used for a wide range of roofing and glazing applications around the home and garden. Some of the most popular applications include canopies, veranda covers, carports, greenhouses, extensions and conservatories.

Lightweight, impact-resistant and insulating, this roof sheet is available in a Heatguard Opal tint which provides extra privacy while deflecting solar radiation to reduce heat build-up. Corotherm Glazing Sheets are very strong and resistant to impact and are UV protected for extra durability.

Please note once the order has been delivered, you must unwrap the product and ensure that the products (including fittings) are stored out of the sunlight until fitting

What you need to know

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery access

  • Ariel deliveries are made on an articulated vehicle, the delivery method does not include a tail lift. If your order is heavy, we will advise & request mechanical offloading facilities, which in such circumstances MANUAL OFFLOAD IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you are unable provide mechanical offloading facilities, you will need to either provide an alternative address with access to a Fork Truck or we will have to deliver the order over multiple deliveries. 
  • Also please note that delivery of heavy items will be kerbside delivery only.
  • Failure to advise the Roof Giant sales office of any special requirements or restrictions please be aware this can cause delays to delivery. 

Date and time of delivery

  • Ariel will advise a delivery date to you by email and your order will be delivered directly to you from Ariel.
  • Delivery will arrive between 7.30 am 6pm if you can’ t be there to accept the delivery, smaller consignments may be left at the recipient’s own risk. 
  • Please note where the delivery is of a heavier consignment if the recipient is not at home the delivery will fail. 

Failed deliveries are chargeable 

  • You must be present to accept the delivery. 
  • For smaller/lighter consignments it is important to give instructions where to leave the goods or the delivery will fail, this will be at the recipient’s own risk. With heavier consignments it will not be possible to leave the goods without someone being in attendance, the delivery will fail. 
  • Please note that the if Ariel need to re-deliver due to a failed delivery, the full original delivery charge will apply & the delivery charge will be charged again. 

Damages & missing items

  • All damaged or missing items should be reported marked on the delivery paperwork wherever possible. 
  • The end user must also report any damaged/missing products to Roof Giant within 48 hours with all details so we can help you. Failure to report issues within this time frame, we may be unable to help. 
  • Any damages must be photographed as delivered and submitted along with your claim by email to Roof Giant.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product.  

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently do not offer next day delivery but hope to offer this soon. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery if possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
