Seamlessly join two pieces of grass together Joint tape is 15cm wide and supplied on 10 linear metre rolls. Use in conjunction with the joint adhesive. If you would like to know more about how to complete a joint, you can watch the instructional video here.

There will be an additional charge for deliveries to the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PO30- PO41, TR, ZE.

Delivery Charges 

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery Access

  • Artificial Grass (supplier) allows one driver per vehicle and deliver on Sprinter vans, occasionally on a Flatbed, 7.5 Tonne and occasionally articulated Lorries.
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes, overhanging trees etc. that may cause restrictions.
  • The delivery driver will only drop the roll off at your agreed delivery address. If receiving a roll product, please note the roll(s) cannot be folded or bent. 
  • You must ensure that when you place your order rolls can be moved to your desired location (e.g. If you have a roof garden, the roll would potentially need to fit up the stairs or in a lift). 
  • The Artificial Grass delivery driver is not covered by insurance to move the roll to your back garden, garage, balcony, or any other location, please make sure you have 1 to 2 people at the delivery address to receive/move the rolls. Always take care in lifting and moving the items as they are generally heavy and bulky.

Date and Time of Delivery

  • The Artificial Grass Transport Planners will call you to 24 hours in advance to arrange delivery and our drivers are asked to call one hour before reaching the delivery address. 
  • Delivery will arrive between 8.30am–5pm. 
  • Unless otherwise organised, somebody must be at the delivery address to sign for the goods on the day you have agreed to receive the order.

Failed Deliveries are chargeable

  • If you cannot accept the delivery for any reason, you would still be liable for the cost of carriage, the cost of returning the roll and a 25% re­ stocking charge. 
  • The re-stocking charge would not be applicable if you wish to set up another delivery, however there would be an additional carriage charge to re-deliver the roll.
  • If nobody is in at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order, you will be charged a minimum of £30 + vat for Artifical Grass to re-deliver your order. Please carefully read the delivery terms below.


Damages & Missing Items

  • Check for damage before you sign for the goods. Do not sign for damaged goods. (The goods should be kept fully supported in transit and should not be creased, bent, or folded).
  • Check to ensure all items ordered are delivered and double check the product names and sizes match your order. (Please note the join tapes and glue are normally packaged inside the core of the rolls).
  • To ensure you do not have issues with the product whilst installing it is imperative to handle, store and move the product correctly. Please refer to the Artificial Grass 'Handling guide'. Handling the grass incorrectly means the grass will stretch, it will have ripples, creases and pile deviations. Any issues that arise after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  


Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g. if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently do not offer next day delivery but hope to offer this soon. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery if possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
