Classical Creations Once Weathered Coping

Classical Creations Once-Weathered Coping Stones slope to direct the rain water off one side of a wall or roof. For example, directing the water towards the guttering.

The term “Once Weathered” means these copings slope only one way allowing the rainwater to flow mainly off one side of the Coping Stones.

All copings are supplied with a drip channel placed under both sides to ensure rain water will not run down the face of your wall.

Copings must overhang the wall by a minimum of 30mm each side in order for the drip channel to function properly.

Returns policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • All returned items must be in an as-new condition, suitable for resale.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply if you are returning goods because you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly.

Returns charges

  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • A collection charge equal to the original delivery cost will apply when returning goods.
  • Collections will be arranged by the supplier.

Damaged or faulty goods

  • If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please provide clear photographs showing the items while they are still on the original delivery pallet.
  • Goods must not be removed from the pallet or fitted to the wall before photographs are taken.
  • Once the required photographic evidence has been provided, damaged or faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

What you need to know

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown at checkout.
  • If a delivery fails due to the customer not being available or access restrictions not being communicated, an additional re-delivery charge may apply.

Delivery access

  • Deliveries are made by Pallet Force, with goods unloaded at the kerbside or on the driveway.
  • Any access issues or restrictions must be noted by the customer when placing their order.
  • Delivery is available to the UK only.

Date and time of delivery

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
  • The supplier will contact the customer by text message the day before delivery.
  • The driver will also be asked to call the customer approximately 1 hour before arrival.

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • If a delivery fails, the supplier will arrange re-delivery with the haulage company.
  • If the delivery fails due to circumstances within the customer's control, such as nobody being available to accept the delivery or access restrictions not being communicated in advance, an additional re-delivery charge may apply.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

We cannot deliver any goods to Northern Ireland due to supplier restrictions.

Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to the other areas listed above, but not all - please contact our sales team  for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.

Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World? 

No, we cannot deliver outside of Great Britain.

Please take photographs of the goods and packaging before returning. These may be required to support a return or courier claim.

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving their goods (or the final item of a split delivery) to cancel an online order.
  • You must notify us within this period by phone, email or live chat.
  • Goods must be returned within the required timeframe. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

  • We will refund the product price you paid.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days, subject to the goods being returned or evidence of return being provided.
  • We may deduct an amount to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

Exclusions & Brand Policies

  • Certain products may be excluded from cancellation or subject to specific return conditions, including made-to-order, cut-to-size or customised products.
  • Some brands and products may also have specific supplier return requirements, including VELUX, Castle Composites and Midland Lead.
  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
