The Klober Over Fascia Polypropylene Vent will create reliable, uninterrupted and discreet eaves ventilation over any fascia on new builds or re-roofing projects without spoiling the look of the property. Incredibly easy to install over any fascia, this lightweight and long-lasting roof vent will also prevent birds, insects and other pests from getting into your roof space. The 25mm vent is great for warm roofs, flat roofs and for roof pitches below 15 degrees while the 10mm vent can also be used on standard cold roofs.
Applications: New build or re-roofing applications, conventional cold roofs (10mm vent), warm roofs, flat roofs and pitched roofs below 15˚ (25mm vent).
Installation: The Fascia Vents are positioned directly on top of the fascia board with the stop section firmly against the vertical edge of the fascia board. These vents should ideally be fixed into the top of the fascia board through the nail holes using 50mm x 3.35mm corrosion resistant nails and then further units fixed continuously along the eaves.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
