Available in 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 options, the Kytun One-Fix Eaves Ventilation System is a smart, all-in-one, UV-stabilised airflow solution designed to simplify roofline installation while ensuring effective, long-lasting ventilation. Specially made to remove the requirement for 3 separate fixings, helping roofing professionals save time on-site and significantly reduce labour costs.
Manufactured in the UK from UV-stabilised, 100% recycled polypropylene, the One-Fix system offers exceptional durability and resistance to weathering. Its robust construction is designed to withstand the elements, preventing water ingress and ponding while maintaining structural integrity over time. The system provides a continuous 10mm airflow gap above the fascia, ensuring compliance with roof ventilation requirements for pitched roofs between 15 and 70 degrees.
A standout feature of this product is the unique Split Skirt™ design, which allows 240mm sections to be easily lifted. This makes the installation of gutter brackets quicker and more convenient without removing or repositioning the vent system. Additionally, the underside strengthening ribs are carefully designed not to interfere with bracket fitting, ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process.
The One-Fix system also incorporates engineered nail and screw ports with Sleeves™, guiding fixings accurately into the centre of the fascia board for a secure fit. Suitable for both full replacement and capped fascia boards of all sizes, it offers flexibility across a wide range of roofing projects. The integrated softened bird comb bends easily under tile weight, eliminating the need for trimming while effectively preventing the ingress of birds, vermin, and debris, particularly when used with profiled roof tiles.

Do you offer free delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
