The Kytun RREC02 Ventilated ECO Ridge Roll is a high-performance, universal dry fix solution designed for use on pitched roof ridges and hips, delivering both effective ventilation and a durable, weathertight seal. Engineered for long-term reliability, it provides a maintenance-free alternative to traditional mortar systems, helping to protect and extend the life of the roofing structure.
Featuring malleable corrugated aluminium side strips, the roll can be easily formed over most roof tile and slate profiles, ensuring a precise and secure fit. As the roll is installed, the corrugated aluminium flaps drape smoothly over the top course of tiles, creating a neat, professional finish. The integral butyl adhesive strips, protected by an easy-release backing tape, bond firmly to the tile surface to guard against wind uplift and driving rain penetration, even in exposed conditions.
At its core, the roll incorporates a central PP spunbond ventilating fabric, a highly specialised geo-textile that is both waterproof and air/vapour permeable. This allows continuous airflow along the ridge or hip while preventing water ingress, helping to reduce condensation build-up and maintain a healthy roof space. The product has been independently tested by the BRE to BS8612, ensuring proven performance and reliability.
Designed with flexibility and ease of installation in mind, the ridge roll features continuous corrugation and up to 30% stretch capability, allowing it to adapt effortlessly to varying tile shapes. The reinforced central section provides strength for secure fixing to the ridge batten, while the overall construction offers high form and function resistance in demanding weather conditions.

Do you deliver on weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Some suppliers/couriers will deliver to these areas but not all, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com during office hours for confirmation. If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf.
Do you deliver to Republic of Ireland, Europe and Rest of World?
No, unfortunately we nor our suppliers can deliver outside of Great Britain (and Northern Ireland in some instances).
