This Porcelain Coping Stone from Castle Composites is manufactured from high-grade weather-resistant materials suitable for use on the top of walls, piers and masonry. Designed to prevent weather damage and create a smart, professional finish, these coping stones are well suited to use on a wall and can significantly reduce water ingress due to the virtually non-porous composition of porcelain.
These porcelain copes are also stain-resistant, low maintenance and will keep their original colour throughout their lifetime. The engineered drip checks will prevent water from running under the coping stone and onto the face of the wall. Please see image for underside of the porcelain stone and the drip checks.
To calculate how many coping stones you need for your project, please work out the total length in metres of the wall that you are looking to cover. Please then divide the measurement by the length of your chosen coping stone. This will then give you the number of coping stones you require for your order.
Example: 6m (wall length) / 0.6m (coping stone length - 600mm) = 10 coping stones)

While stored on the pallet, these goods must be stored in dry conditions as per the warning label. The plastic wrapping around the pallet is not waterproof, meaning water cannot evaporate freely and efflorescence (markings) may occur.

Good quality product and great value. Only slight downside is the minimum delivery cost. Most people don't need to order more than 15 or so slabs for coping.

Lovely coping stones, we are going to order more for another area when we get round to doing it. The only thing I would say could be better is communication. I ordered samples before placing the final order, there wasn’t any confirmation & couldn’t get hold of any one to check they had received the request. The samples did arrive within a few days so I’m not complaining, I was just left wondering.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office.
Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.
As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.
If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
