No-Flame nets our tested and certified to conform to UL-94 the Standard for Safety of Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Appliances testing and are rated at V2 meaning that burning stops within 30 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of flaming particles are allowed.
All our nets are manufactured from knotted polyethylene which does not absorb water, so does not stretch and is chemically inert. All of our nets are UV light stabilised for use in direct sunlight all over the globe. as an indication, it is likely to resist UV degradation in average UK sunlight conditions in excess of 10-years.
Our bird nets are constructed from mono-filaments designed specifically for bird net systems. They are extruded to 0.3mm thick strands and then twisted into twine 6 strands thick (12/6), with one strand coloured red to clearly distinguish it as Flame Retardant
*Custom Made “Cut-To-Size Nets”
We can manufacture nets to your specific dimensions, we manufacture to the nearest whole metre, i.e. if you require a 22.5m X 31.2m net then we can produce a 23m X 32m net which you can trim on site using netting shears (NT125)
Each order of cut-to-size-nets will incur a £10 “NETCUTFEE” in addition to the per metre charge. The £10 fee is levied per order and not per net, so a quantity of custom nets can be ordered with just one NETCUTFEE charge being levied. The fee will be automatically added to your basket at checkout.
Our Cut-To-Size netting production service is especially popular for nets with one or both dimensions beyond our Stock-Size limit of 20m, or for a large quantity of non stock size nets sub 20m, in order to save on wastage.
Cut-To-Size Nets take 6 working days from the date of ordering to produce and dispatch. We will ship your made-to-measure netting order on the 6th working day. There is a 12pm cut-off time each day for this service, Cut-To-Size nets ordered after 12pm each day will be rolled over to the next working day’s production schedule.
Minimum Dimensions
Nets with a width or length of 1 metre will be charged at a minimum 2 metre rate.
Cut-To-Size Netting Delivery
If you select Express Next Working Day Delivery for your Cut-To-Size netting order then your netting will be dispatched on an overnight service on the 6th working day following the order date and will arrive at your delivery address on the 6th working day. The same applies with our Standard Delivery 3-5 Working Day service, your netting order will be dispatched on the 7th working day following the order and will arrive between the 9th and 11th working day, post order date. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE SUFFICIENT TIME WHEN ORDERING CUT-TO-SIZE-NETS we cannot perform miracles or bend time!
It may be cheaper to buy a larger stock size net than an “exact-fit” custom net
Our pre-cut stock size nets are priced 15% lower than the RRP square metre rate for custom nets, so you may find it cheaper to buy stock nets that are slightly larger than your size requirements, rather than buying

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.
How long will I wait for my delivery?
The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.
Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?
We currently offer next day delivery on certain brands. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery is possible.

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office.
Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.
As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.
If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
