The Coxdome Galaxy Triple Skin Diffused Dome Only Replacement Rooflight Dome is made of high quality UV protected polycarbonate and is designed to be installed on existing builder's kerbs. It can, however, be used in conjunction with your own custom-built kerbs.

Designed to be installed to existing kerbs or upstands, Galaxy is ideal for refurbishment projects, or applications where only the glazing is in need of replacement. The 100mm flange ensures it fits to most kerbs without the need for adjustment and is ideal for refurbishment projects where only the glazing needs replaced if damaged or discoloured.

All Galaxy domes are supplied undrilled for maximum flexibility, and a minimum 50mm builder's kerb is recommended, with a maximum builder's kerb of 100mm.

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery access

Cox Domes Lumiglaze

  • This product is delivered on a 7.5 ton vehicle and is to be offloaded by the customer, kerb side delivery only. 
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes or restricted access. 
  • You must make our sales office aware of these restrictions or the delivery may fail. Self-offloading vehicles with a Hi-ab can be arranged as a special requirement but please be aware this can cause delays and are at an additional cost. Please contact the Roof Giant sales office, price on request. 

Cox Domes Classic / Galaxy 

  • This product is delivered on an 7.5 ton vehicle is boxed and will be hand delivered as a package to the door by the driver. 
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes or restricted access. 
  • You must make our sales office aware of these restrictions or the delivery may fail.

Date and time of delivery

  • Cox Domes will advise a delivery date to you by email and your order will be delivered directly to you from Cox Dome.  
  • Delivery will arrive between 8.00am – 6.00pm if you cannot be there to accept the delivery, it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet /box or the delivery will fail. 

Failed deliveries are chargeable 

  • You must be present to accept the delivery. If you cannot be present it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet or the delivery will fail. 
  • Please note that a re-delivery charge of £50.00 ex. VAT for Lumiglaze applies and £30.00 ex. VAT for Galaxy / Classic will apply if the delivery is missed for any reason. 

Damages & missing items 

  • All damaged or missing items should be reported to the driver and signed for as damaged or missing, wherever possible.
  • Contact Cox Dome within 48 hours with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help-  Any damages must be photographed on the pallet or In the box as delivered and submitted along with your claim by email to sales@roofgiant.com  We will not accept any claims that have photos of goods not on the pallet as delivered as we cannot prove to the transporter that the damage was caused during transit. 

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product  (eg. if you need to query damage that occurred during transit). 

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently do not offer next day delivery but hope to offer this soon. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery if possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
