Lineflex 060 Puncture Resistant Fleece Backed EPDM Membrane is a tough, durable, fleece-reinforced EPDM roofing system that's suitable for a wide range of flat roof projects in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Comprised of an EPDM membrane that is laminated to a long-life polyester reinforcement layer which greatly increases its durability on your roof regardless of the environment or weather conditions.

The special fleece-backed EPDM design simply means that the EPDM rubber membrane is bonded to a tough and strong polyester layer. This reinforcement layer increases the strength and long-lasting qualities of the membrane as well as vastly improving the membrane's tear and puncture resistance properties. 

Lineflex fleece-backed EPDM is compatible with most substrates including timber, felt, asphalt, concrete, fibreglass, insulation boards and more. Lineflex is designed to be reliable, watertight and long-lasting, protecting your building from harsh weather, UV rays and changing temperatures. Rolls have a non-fleece edge to enable simple installation of heat-welded joins.

How long will Lineflex Fleece Backed EPDM last?

Lineflex Fleece Backed membrane has a life expectancy of 50 years.

Does the membrane come with warranty?

Yes, you will receive a 20-year warranty on Lineflex Fleece Backed membranes.

Can it be walked on?

For maintenance access only.

How long does it take to weld and does it need time to cure?

Weld at a rate of 2.5 metres per minute and it sets pretty much instantly.

What fire regulations does Lineflex have?

EN 13501.

Does the fleece back still need insulation?

Yes. The fleece has minimal impact on U value. 

Delivery charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery Access

  • Avenir couriers use a variety of delivery vehicles dependant on the weight of the order. This can vary between a large van or an 18 ton side curtain lorry, we would recommend accepting delivery to an area which would accommodate this.
  • Our sales office will need to be made aware of any delivery restrictions, such as narrow lanes, overhanging trees etc. that may cause restrictions.
  • You must make our sales office aware of these restrictions or the delivery may fail. Smaller vehicles maybe available but cannot be guaranteed.

Date and time of delivery

  • Orders placed before 14.00 will normally be despatched the same day (mainland UK only).
  • Delivery should arrive within 2 working days and be delivered between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please note we only deliver to mainland UK.

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • You must be present to accept the delivery.
  • If you cannot be present, it is important to leave a note for the driver with instructions where to leave the pallet or the delivery will fail.
  • Avenir are not liable for any consequential costs that may arise from any errors or failed deliveries. We strongly recommend that you have all the checked materials on site prior to bringing in any sub contract labour as we cannot be held liable for any shortages or failures to deliver that may occur.
  • Any consignment that, on the instruction of the purchaser, is to be left by our carrier unsigned and unchecked, is at the risk of the purchaser. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that may have occurred.

Damages & missing items

  • Contact Roof Giant within 48 hours with all details so we can help you. If you wait too long, we may be unable to help.
  • Please forward photographs of damaged goods to Roof Giant.
  • Please make sure all items are in good condition and the number of items you are signing for before signing the carrier’s delivery note. This includes opening and checking all items. In the unlikely event of damages, any damaged items need to be clearly marked on the drivers manifest and reported immediately, so that replacements can be sent. Failure to highlight any shortages or damages at the time of delivery may mean that replacements cannot be sent.
  • Avenir recommend taking photographs of any goods prior to collection to protect yourself from any further damage that may occur in transit back to us.
  • Metal adhesive tins: if these tins get dented in transit. Minor dents are not a problem and will not affect the performance or application of the glue. In the unlikely event of any spillage then please notify the carrier and ourselves in the first instance.
  • Any consignment that, on the instruction of the purchaser, is to be left by our carrier unsigned and unchecked, is at the risk of the purchaser. We cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages that may have occurred.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g., If you need to query damage that occurred during transit).

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently do not offer next day delivery but hope to offer this soon. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery if possible.

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
