Manufactured using a safe and highly durable laminated inner glass pane, upgraded fixings and glazing tapes to maximise security, this practical and contemporary rooflight provides exceptional light transmission anywhere in your abode. 

Suitable for residential, commercial and public buildings, this rooflight uses cutting-edge frame technology to ensure that daylight is maximised while the visible framework is minimised as much as possible. It blends improved acoustic values, water and wind resistance for a truly multifaceted, robust and long-lasting skylight experience. This innovative and environmentally-friendly rooflight delivers outstanding thermal performance and efficiency with total system U-values as low as 0.6 W/m²K. Once installed, you will save energy, reduce carbon emissions and create a sense of well-being in your home.

Designed to be installed on roof pitches from 3°, Flat Glass Rooflights combine outstanding performance, quick and easy installation with the added benefit of being fully compliant with UK Building Regulations. This Secured by Design and Part Q compliant rooflight has also undergone extensive testing to ensure that it can withstand an intruder attempting to gain entry to a property via the rooflight.

Delivery

  • The driver will aim to call you before delivery
  • Offload is usually by hand, with the help of others (the driver cannot help offload). However, a forklift can be accommodated if you have one
  • If your window arrives damaged, please notify the driver or contact us within 24 hours
  • There are multiple delivery options available if required, please contact Roof Giant for more information (additional costs may apply)

What you need to know

Delivery Charges

  • The delivery charge will be shown in the checkout.
  • If the delivery is missed for any reason, you will be billed again for the re-delivery. See below: failed deliveries.

Delivery Access

  • In most instances Roofglaze products delivery will be made on a 3.5 Tonne flat bed transit vehicle. Rooflights will be loaded onto timber bearers or pallets. Some areas/deliveries maybe made via a larger vehicle, the Roofglaze delivery team will co-ordinate the delivery with you and advise on the exact vehicle size that will be making the delivery.
  • The driver is not permitted to assist with the offload under any circumstances, please also ensure suitable means of offload or labour are on site to take delivery. Roofglaze will advise on the rooflight weight as part of our delivery co-ordination process. Ensure you have somewhere suitable to store the rooflights following delivery. Roofglaze rooflights are delivered fully assembled and glazed, rooflights must be stored flat following delivery. 
  • When co-ordinating delivery with our team, please make Roof Giant aware of any specific access restrictions or issues so that we can utilise the most suitable vehicle type to complete the delivery.

Date and time of delivery

  • Your order will be delivered directly by Roofglaze Rooflights
  • We will co-ordinate delivery with you via email. Delivery will not be made until Roof Giant have received written confirmation that you can accept delivery on the agreed date and understand the terms of offload.
  • Roofglaze delivery times are between 7am- 5pm, the driver will call you with ETA prior to delivery.

Failed deliveries are chargeable

  • You must be present to accept the delivery.
  • Failure to accept delivery - following your written confirmation to accept delivery and understating of the terms of offload - will incur a re-delivery charge of £100 + VAT. 

Damages & missing items

  • If your order is damaged, please report to the driver and sign for as damaged or missing, wherever possible. 
  • Please take photos of any damage and make Roof Giant aware within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. All damages or missing items must be confirmed to Roof Glaze within 24 hours. Please email Roof Giant at sales@roofgiant.com, stating your Roofgiant Order No.

Do not install purchased items if you have a query with the product (e.g. if you need to query damage that occurred during transit).

  • If an item is installed it will not be refunded or replaced.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges will vary and will depend on the manufacturer, weight, size and delivery location. The cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping basket.

How long will I wait for my delivery?

The estimated delivery times are shown on each product page, we will email you each step of the way to keep you informed. The majority of products can be delivered within 3-5 working days.We will advise you if the delivery period is different from than stated on our website.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

We currently do not offer next day delivery but hope to offer this soon. If you have a particular item that you require quicker than the guide on our website, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours, they will be able to confirm whether a quicker delivery if possible.

What if my delivery doesn't turn up on time?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?

Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.

Do you deliver on Weekends?

Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office. 

Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.

As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.

This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.

If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
