The Cavity Tray Advantage Range Unleaded Catchment Tray collects and discharges water via a Caviweep and is designed to be built into the bottom of a roof slope. A crucial damp proofing building essential, this is a preformed cavitray component without an integral lead flashing attached. It may be used as an alternative method of creating the damp course element only, where a sloping roof abuts a cavity masonry wall.
The no-lead Advantage range offers completely unique installation and usage benefits that surpass other generic unleaded cavity tray manufacturers. This is a must-have for installers who want to add their own flashing of choice later on in the process. The Advantage Unleaded Gable Abutment Cavitray is made from moulded DPC with a variable cavity upstand. When these trays are built into an exterior skin, considerations need to be made to receive the flashing to be installed at a later date. This is achieved by raking out the mortar while still green, to leave a 25mm minimum recess under the front of the tray.
Advantage Trays can be supplied with an optional polystyrene strip under each front edge which provides the installer with soft polystyrene to rake-away rather than mortar. This is a preferred method by many tradespeople, as it ensures a freely accessible slot is always available. When flashings are cut and installed, we recommend individual flashings are fitted under each tray and all flashings overlap sufficiently to provide adequate weathering protection. Trays are designed for use in standard 75mm (brickwork) courses.
Applications: Traditional constructions, timber frame constructions, new work, retrofit and remedial projects. More suitable for regular shaped finishes when considering masonry skin styles and minimal undulations in the masonry faces.
Non-standard preformed cavity trays are available, Cavity Trays can design and manufacture bespoke requirements. Non-standard trays maybe required in areas of buildings where complicated junctions are encountered. Please contact Roof Giant with your drawings and quantity required.

Do you offer NEXT DAY delivery?

Do you offer FREE Delivery if I spend a substantial amount?
Not as standard, we show the delivery charges separate once you go to the checkout so it is clear what you are paying for the products and delivery costs. If you are ordering larger quantities please contact out sales team who will be able to confirm if this is possible.
Do you deliver on Weekends?
Not as standard, our deliveries are made Monday to Friday. If you do need an urgent Saturday delivery please contact out sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours who will be able to confirm. This will incur a premium charge if possible.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Guernsey/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?
Yes, we do but our transport charges incorporated in the site do not cover these areas, please contact our sales team on 01858 455055 during office hours for costs; or we will contact you to make the additional payment once you have completed your online purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Returns
Important Note: Please do not send goods back to Roof Giant before speaking to the Roof Giant sales office.
Roof Giant strongly recommend you take photographs of goods before returning. Occasionally goods are damaged during transit, therefore you may need to confirm the packaging/goods were intact (prior to collection) to the courier as part of the refund process.
As a consumer you have the right to change your mind (Consumer Regulations 2013). This right stipulates that for most products purchased online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund under the consumer contracts regulations 2013.
This right starts from the point you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If your goods are being delivered in multiple deliveries your right starts from the point the last delivery is received.
If you wish to exercise this right you must in the first instance contact us via phone 01858 455055 or email sales@roofgiant.com advising us of your wish to change your mind, its then your responsibility to arrange for the goods to be returned to us within 14 days of ending the contract.
